Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Unimi website, CMS, CRM, and integrations. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Unimi provides website, content-management, lead-management, and third-party integration services. The precise scope of a client's service is set out in the applicable proposal, order, or plan.

2. Accounts and access

  • Provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
  • Grant access only to people authorized by the business.
  • The client is responsible for activity in its account and for revoking access that is no longer required.

3. Meta and third-party integrations

An authorized administrator initiates a Meta connection and selects the Business, Page, and Lead Ads forms to connect. Unimi uses the granted permissions only to show eligible assets, operate the webhook, retrieve leads, and display them in the correct client workspace.

Meta and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and API limits. The client is responsible for the legality of its campaigns, forms, notices, follow-up, and use of lead data.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • Violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or third-party platform terms.
  • Send spam, mislead people, or reuse leads for a purpose that was not disclosed to them.
  • Circumvent permissions, security controls, client isolation, or API limits.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service.

5. Data and privacy

Our processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy. The client controls the business content and lead data in its workspace and is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, contact, and retain that information.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the Unimi platform, code, design, and brand remain with their respective owners. The client retains its rights in content and assets it provides and grants Unimi a limited license to process them only as necessary to provide the service.

7. Availability and liability

We work to provide a secure and available service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation of Unimi or third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unimi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service use, loss of access to a third-party service, or unauthorized account use.

8. Suspension and termination

A client may stop using the service or disconnect an integration at any time. Unimi may limit access in response to a breach, security risk, or legal obligation. The Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions govern retention and deletion after termination.

9. Governing law, updates, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to mandatory applicable law. We may update the terms; the version and effective date published here will apply. Questions may be sent to contact@unimi.io.
